Operator and agreement

These terms are between you and Radu-Dumitru Stochitoiu, trading as Stochitoiu Digital Products. The operator address is General-Wille-Strasse 19, CH-8002 Zürich, Switzerland.By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Where checkout identifies Link as the payment seller, Link acts as merchant of record for that transaction. The operator continues to provide Forgetless and product support. Link handles payment, applicable indirect tax, payment receipts and transaction support under the payment terms displayed at checkout.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your credentials and capture tokens private, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. One person may not use the service to violate another person's rights.

The service

Forgetless extracts, checks, organises and schedules facts from content you choose to submit. Model output and sources can be incomplete or wrong. The service is for personal learning, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Verify important information at its primary source.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited licence to host, copy and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you may submit it and that doing so does not unlawfully expose another person's data or infringe copyright or other rights.

Forgetless is not designed for passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health records, intimate images, criminal-case information or other highly sensitive information. Do not submit such information, or personal information about another person, unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so.

Free and Pro plans

Free currently includes 25 captures per calendar month. Pro currently includes 500 captures per calendar month. Each calendar month begins at 00:00 UTC on its first day. Paid subscriptions are available only in the billing countries shown on the pricing page. Switzerland is billed directly in CHF. An approved country using Link is billed through Link as merchant of record in the currency and amount shown before checkout. Consumer prices include applicable VAT and mandatory charges. The checkout shows the selected billing interval, renewal schedule and final total before you pay. The subscription renews automatically at that price and interval until you cancel it. Plan limits and future prices may change prospectively, with notice where required. A price change does not alter a period already paid for.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Cancel renewal from Settings through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. It does not by itself refund the current period. For the first payment of a new Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days after purchase, without giving a reason. First Pro payment refundable in full within 30 days. Switzerland does not provide a general statutory cooling-off right for ordinary online purchases. Where a 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies, Settings displays a separate “Withdraw from this contract” control until the recorded deadline. It is distinct from ordinary cancellation and sends a durable confirmation. If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or non-conformity remedy, that right remains unaffected. Starting Pro immediately is based on the express request recorded before checkout. For a sale through Link, Link may grant a refund under its merchant-of-record policy even where our voluntary policy is more restrictive.

Acceptable use

Do not probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, interfere with other accounts, submit unlawful or harmful material, reverse engineer the service, misuse source access, or use the service in a way forbidden by its providers. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers or the service, and will give notice where reasonably possible.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending the agreement and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may end the service or this agreement for a material breach, legal requirement or genuine operational necessity. You can export data before deletion. Material changes will be posted here and notified where law requires it.
